Casey Dugan is in her third year teaching at Oak Grove School District 68. Casey became interested in the implementation and advantages of technology in the classroom during her study at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. When Casey moved to the third grade, she became interested in the idea of an All Day Access classroom. Casey applied for an All Day Access 1:1 iPad Grant from the Board of Education and received 25 iPads for her classroom in 2013. Casey works to enhance student instruction and create meaningful learning experiences for a diverse classroom. Casey works with her Tech Coach to effectively utilize the iPads to improve classroom management, write student blogs, improve conceptual math understanding and much more. In addition to working at Oak Grove, Casey is also the Libertyville High School JV Competitive Dance Team Coach. Casey loves being involved in the community where she grew up and looks forward to another outstanding school year!
